Eindal

A proud race of traders where status is everything to them.  They prefer to use diplomacy to resolve their disputes, but have been known to spend exorbitant amounts of money to crush their foes.  To anger the Eindal is to start a bloodwar that could last generations.

Homeland

We are everywhere in the world and are as widespread as the ground we walk on.  Our home city is Eindari where we have the largest trade bazaar in the world.  Eindari is a huge city with towering buildings and a keep that has never been breached.  Defended by the "Silent Line", Eindari acts as a sunctuary for the civilized.  Built into the side of Mount Bluefang it is easy to see just how epic this capital city truly is.

Why we fight

As traders, noblemen, and creatures of status we fight for many reasons.  Possession of the Feyalis grants power to all who can access it and harness its secrets, wise men say it is a fools errand to gamble with such things. Most of us fight for pride, honor, and to take what is rightfully ours.  To insult us or challenge our status is an act of war that will bring many wealthy lords to prove themselves.

Allies

We are friends to all because it is profitable to trade with all the races.  The Paranginati can be counted on for surprises, they always seem to have things nobody else is willing to give up, even if its origin is questionable.  The Zaedulan make the best weapons and have fish, which are high in value.  And what’s not to like about the Pramith, they always need something.  They have the best technology and for a price we can have it.

Enemies

While we try to have a cordial relationship with everybody, the Kreth are simply impossible to deal with.  They value nothing outside of fighting and the females who have the real brains don’t talk to us.  Our debates turn into wrestling matches which usually end up costing us money.  The only ones potentially worse than the Kreth are those creatures from the desert.  They simply cant be trusted and you never know what they are really after, don’t go near them.

Culture

Being the world’s wealthiest and most influential race, we determine everything.  If we didn’t run all the trade routes in Revin there would be no trade.  Our caravans make life possible, and allow for needed goods to be brought to those who can’t attain them on their own.  With that comes status and power, which allows us to represent our families in front of others.  We are proud and will not be outdone by others no matter where they hail form.  Having the trade routes allows for us to observe and keep tabs on all the others races.  Their secrets and skills will be ours.  While we are away and working we simply do not have time to fuss with daily chores and remedial tasks.  Leave that to our servants, the Relics.  Our ancestors will work beyond the grave to further our families name and honor themselves by ensuring we remain strong.

Anatomy

The Eindal are the tallest of all the races, with the males standing around 6-7” tall.  They stand tall and proud and walk with confidence that doesn’t waiver.  They have foxlike heads without ears, and long full manes that run from the fore of their heads to the middle of their back or longer.  These manes are adorned with all manner of decorations and styles to augment their beauty, because appearance is paramount to the Eindal.  Atop their head is a set of long horns that double as hearing organs.  This accompanied by the long sabre fangs that come down from top of their mouths where their incisors would be make them appear intimidating.  These fangs are not for combat, but to mearly display status.  The longer and brighter the fangs the more prestigious the Eindal may be.  They have very thin fur no more than a couple millimeters thick in the most dense places, and are traditionally light in color.
